Amorphous Faith

The Amorphous Faith was a re-interpretation of one the original Continuum Mural - which was inspired by fluid aquatic forms. A client was inspired by this and wanted to represent Lord Ganesha "the remover of obstacles" within this mural. She wanted him represented at the entrance of her home.

However, she didn't necessarily want anyone else to know. This led me to explore "pareidolia" - the tendency to perceive a specific, often meaningful image in a random or ambiguous visual pattern. The amorphous form of Lord Ganesha was incorporated within the mural - for anyone who chose to see it.
